Position Summary
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across the beverage lines. This role plays a key part in setting up processes, equipment, and machinery, while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. They lead by example, demonstrating a positive, “can‑do” approach, and act as a coach to support the development and performance of their team. The Production Supervisor identifies opportunities to enhance workflows, implements improvements, and supports evolving business needs throughout the department.
