• Plan and organize production capacity (personnel and equipment).
• Monitor and control production key performance indicators (cost, process, quality, delivery, 5s, scrap, tracking production schedule, employee attendance and employee satisfaction).
• Respond and find solutions to production problems, establish contact with other internal departments, ensure non-interruption of customer deliveries.
