Position Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating daily manufacturing operations within the wire harness production area. This role ensures that production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and customer delivery commitments are consistently achieved. The Production Supervisor provides leadership to production associates, promotes continuous improvement, and supports operational excellence in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
