- Responsible for strategizing, planning, and execution of daily manufacturing activities to meet production goals.
- Lead a team of technicians and production operators to meet daily production output, quality performance, productivity and cost.
- Resolve and handle line related issues and understand equipment capacities or constraint to identify, handle and resolve bottleneck situations.
- Possess the ability to anticipate potential issues, elevate them appropriately, and implement solutions before they arise.
- Drive continuous improvement programs for operational excellence.
- Coordinate and provide support for new product introduction activities.
- Collaborate with management, internal stakeholders and contract manufacturers regarding project status, progress and issue resolution.
