Responsibilities
- Lead and train team members to ensure effective performance and teamwork
- Manage and oversee daily production activities, including inventory control, stock management, and work scheduling
- Participate actively in the entire production process from raw material preparation to the completion of finished products
- Perform cleaning and basic troubleshooting of production machinery to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee the full manufacturing process
- Update records in the company system
- Maintain records and documentation
- Support internal and external audit processes by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to standards
- Coordinate with inter-departments to ensure production runs according to schedule
- Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the Superior or Management
