Job Purpose
BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven individual to join as a Production Supervisor.
The main responsibilities of this role include serving as a leader and facilitator for the team's tasks and activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, production, environmental, and operational system objectives to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and ensure compliance with company safety policies and follow up on the timely closure of unsafe condition findings.
Participate in accident/incident investigations.
Promote environmental awareness.
Execute the Emergency Response Plan correctly according to established procedures.
Conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA) as scheduled and ensure team leaders under supervision do the same.
Ensure timely completion of production (OEE), safety, and scrap reports.
Ensure accurate and timely updates to the production board.
