Job Summary
The production supervisor oversees the entire manufacturing process. They balance cost control with quality assurance while optimizing workforce productivity, workflows and cost. The goal is to meet client demands and organizational targets while strictly adhering to safety regulations. Working across different manufacturing departments, you will be responsible for the production planning and ensure the different raw materials steams reach the required output stage at the correct time to satisfy customer orders. You will report to the Factory Manager and be responsible for up to 60 production personnel.
