The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating production activities in the electronics manufacturing area, ensuring that safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of electronic assembly processes, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations on the production floor, including SMT, manual assembly, testing, and packaging.
