Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor is a hands‑on team lead who can guide and manage manufacturing activities related to the functioning of the branch in order to meet or exceed customer expectations and to achieve facility and company goals to become a world‑class production center while meeting operating revenue, growth, and service. This role reports directly to the Branch Manager.
Responsibilities
- Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
- Supervises production associates, including training, setting expectations and daily objectives while holding team members accountable, including progressive discipline.
- Plan, organize, direct, delegate, and engage in all production activities.
- Ensure that all transactions are kept current, recorded accurately, processed efficiently, and expedites where appropriate.
