About the Role

Job Type: Regular. Agropur Granby is a cornerstone of Agropur’s history, contributing to the local economy for nearly 40 years. We are looking for a Production Supervisor for the night shift who will be responsible for planning, organizing, and following up on production department operations. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor oversees plant operations, manages the shift team, and ensures solutions are found to various challenges in order to meet Agropur’s objectives and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the plant’s operational performance, including the development and rollout of key performance indicators and a continuous improvement philosophy.
• Coordinate manufacturing processes, product packaging, and workforce allocation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GFSI), health and safety, and environmental regulations.
