What You’ll Do
The Production Supervisor will report to the Production Manager and lead a culture of safety and accountability, promote team growth and engagement, and directly contribute to efficient and safe production of quality product while leading team development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday (5 pm – 4 am)
Responsibilities
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on leading by example.
- Ensure the culture, management practices, and work environment encourage a safe, top‑performing, highly engaged, and diverse workforce.
- Understand company safety regulations and relevant occupational health & safety legislation and ensure safe work practices are implemented, followed, and taught with a hands‑on leadership approach.
