Production Supervisor - Night (Quebec City)

Position

The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of production operations.

Responsibilities

• Work schedule: 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (12‑hour night shift)
• Supervise a team of approximately 15 production employees based on operational needs, in the most efficient manner possible
• Ensure that all operators and production workers perform their duties optimally, in compliance with their training, company procedures, regulations, and policies
• Know and comply with quality and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies
• Ensure break coverage on the assigned production line
• Ensure that all materials and resources required to meet production objectives are available
