Work with shift managers on any employee issues across 3 shifts, selects shift supervisors and shift managers, participates in Kaizen event planning and organizes participants in Kaizen events as well as in safety evaluations of all new equipment, providing a clean, safe work environment along with the tools and training to perform the assigned job to operators. Priority is to to do the job right the first time, do it as fast as possible, do it with the fewest people. Then look for ways to improve the process.
