Job Description
The Production Supervisor – Feed Mill oversees daily feed manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production while meeting quality standards, production targets, and regulatory requirements. This role leads production teams, coordinates equipment and maintenance activities, and drives continuous improvement across feed mill operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise end‑to‑end feed manufacturing, including raw material receiving, grinding, batching, mixing, pelleting, cooling, crumbling, and bagging.
- Ensure production meets volume, quality, formulation, and delivery targets.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate production changeovers.
- Minimize downtime, waste, rework, and material losses.
- Lead and supervise production operators and support personnel.
- Plan shift manpower, conduct shift handovers, and ensure effective task allocation.
