Johnson Matthey is looking for PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR.JOB PURPOSEDirects and coordinates daily activities and development of production personnel engaged in the manufacturing and secondary operations of Nitinol Tubing, sheet and/or components.Reports to Plant Manager and is responsible for the direction and coordination of shift operations and related personnel in the production of Nitninol products.Regularly interacts with Production, Quality, Material Control, Engineering, EHS, HR, and Facilities managers.Incumbent may consult with vendors as required by production responsibilities.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES- Responsible for directly managing and developing departmental Team Leads as well as directly or indirectly leading a shift of greater than 20 personnel engaged in the manufacturing of Nitinol Products.
