Descripción y detalle de las actividadesDirects and coordinates daily activities and development of production personnel engaged in the manufacturing and secondary operations of Nitinol Sheet and Components.
Responsabilidades
Responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of up to 15 personnel engaged in the manufacturing of precision machined parts.
Planning and coordination of production activities to obtain optimum utilization of human resources, direct materials, and equipment to meet department targets (OTD/CM) - Advises Management of new developments that may affect profit, schedule, costs, customer relations and/or inter‐departmental relations.
Schedules all labor within their assigned department which includes overtime, vacations, leave of absences, and training to ensure the timely completion.
Weekly approvals of time records for department.
Responsible for timely performance feedback and annual reviews.
