Roles & Responsibilities
Lead or support Lean Manufacturing Initiatives A3/Kaizen/GB/PM.
Work closely with all support departments to resolve daily production issues.
Train, develop, enforce adherence to the applicable DOP and SOP of Quality System & Manufacturing.
Perform Interviews, hire and train employees plan, assign and manage workload to monitor their development plans (TAP), reward and discipline employees, manage conflicts.
Plan, supervise, drive improvement and report production performance (Output/Yield/RCA/Efficiency).
Onboarding, tracking requirements for new employees.
Deploy and sustain IPS Initiatives (Std work/Tiers/VSM/6S/CI Program/RCA.
Motivate, provide expectations and feedback quarterly and on stan ups.
Adress line support issues/ Document, Report, and escalation any problems or concerns.
Learn and enforce company safety policies and practices, QA Audits, Safety Projects, 8D.
