Production Supervisor I Cuesta Blanca (Tijuana)

Position is accountable for maintaining a productive, efficient, quality‑oriented and safe work atmosphere during shift operation. Supervisor is expected to provide guidance, support direction and leadership through positive interactions with all personnel during daily operations. Responsible for supervising the day to day production, scheduling, staffing, material management, compliance, training and auditing activities to meet customer requirements including deadlines and quality standards.

• Analyze work orders to estimate worker hours and create machining schedules that meet both internal and external needs.
• Compute amounts of stocks and supplies required for operations, based on production schedules, and requisition materials from storage area.
