Production Supervisor (Hermosillo)

Aim of the Position
Manage his manufacturing team according to the work in progress and general planning
Build the detailed schedule in accordance with general one's in order to reach performance on daily basis
Manage SQCDA Level1 and participate to level2
Requirements
University level people, Technical diploma
Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
Experience in personnel management, teamwork
Handling of tools, reading and comprehension in English and Spanish
Functional: Customer orientation, planning, emotion management, communication
Knowledge: Production, quality and Manufacturing
