We are looking for a Production Supervisor for our Hadashville facility. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and leader with the ability to utilize resources to ensure efficient day to day operations.
Job Summary
- Supervise and engage the team to ensure their commitment and collaboration;
- Supervise production and loading activities in compliance with the standards and objectives;
- Ensure the maintenance of rolling equipment and plant equipment;
- Analyze production costs and any gaps, and suggest corrective measures;
- Participate in the annual operations planning by identifying priorities and evaluating cost and KPIs.
