Production Supervisor: Flexible, Tech-Driven Leader

Siemens Mexico in Querétaro is seeking a dedicated Industrial/Mechanical Engineer for a manufacturing leadership role. You will plan, supervise and improve production, lead safety and productivity initiatives, and collaborate with purchasing, planning and warehouse teams.

The role requires at least 3 years in similar positions, Lean and Kaizen knowledge, 6S and SAP familiarity, and the ability to rotate shifts. Strong people management, intermediate English, and MS Office are essential.
