- Professional Degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a team leader in Operations.
**SECTION III**: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS
- English 50%
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (welding, bending, notching).
- Excellent communication skills
**SECTION IV**: MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respect the health and safety policy.
- Participate in the different phases of new product development.
- Rigorously execute all established processes.
- Manage daily activity planning, adherence to the production schedule, equipment repair, and inventory.
- Lead continuous improvement through the use of Lean Manufacturing techniques.
