The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the Glass Production process per shift in El Marques site.

- Drive the company's culture advancement and the business transformation in the area.
- Develop and coach your direct reports to make the greatest contribution.

- Responsible for a production shift crew (4 shift managers and their crews)
- Connect with different capabilities such process, asset care, maintenance among others to support yourself and your team to be able to accomplish our operations visions
