Production Supervisor We’re currently working on a search for a Production Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing company in the Halifax, NS area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be leading a production team day-to-day, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure quality, safety, and delivery targets are consistently met.What you’ll be doing

Leading and supporting a production team on the floor 

Making sure daily targets, schedules, and quality standards are met 

Helping troubleshoot issues and keep production moving 

Working closely with quality, engineering, and maintenance teams 

Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives 

Coaching and developing team members 

Tracking production performance and reporting on key metrics 

What we’re looking for

3+ years in a production lead or supervisory role
