Job Description
- Lead and coordinate all activities necessary to fulfill the production schedule of the assigned area, ensuring safety and product quality requirements as per the control plan.
- Manufacture products by supervising staff; organizing, monitoring workflow, and assuring standards are followed.
- Complete the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; and reporting results in shift production summaries.
- Define training needs for the manufacturing personnel of the assigned production line to achieve and maintain necessary competence, knowledge, discipline, and skill levels.
- Ensure that procedures and instructions are followed by manufacturing personnel, including safety and environmental guidelines as well as quality documents and control.
- Support continuity through working shifts.
