Production Supervisor

Job Description

Under the supervision of the production Director, the supervisor must ensure the fluidity of operations in his department. He is also responsible for the employees in his department and their training.

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as a Coach for your staff
• Develop technical skills and provide coaching and guidance to develop workers’ abilities
• Motivate employees to build a culture based on respect, teamwork and accomplishment.
• Responsible for leading daily meetings with team members.
• Distribute and ensure the completion of work orders; supports the operations of production departments/teams in order to ensure that the quantitative and qualitative measures included in the operational plan are achieved. Ensures that proper manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures are followed at all times and that all products consistently meet specifications.
