Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily production activities from raw material reception through processing, packaging, aging (if applicable), and shipping, ensuring adherence to schedules and customer requirements.Deliver production plans in terms of volume, quality, and cost by effectively coordinating manufacturing processes and workforce activities.Ensure proper utilization and management of raw materials, ingredients, and cleaning products.Plan and manage labour requirements to meet operational needs.Supervise, coach, and develop production teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and collaboration.Ensure compliance with collective agreements and support positive labour relations.Maintain and enforce health and safety standards, including participation in major safety programs (lockout/tagout, machine safety, confined spaces, WHMIS, ...
