Reporting to the Operations Manager and based at our Sunshine site, you will lead wire and mesh manufacturing and despatch processes, ensuring all outputs meet quality and ACRS accreditation standards while minimising waste. You will drive continuous improvement across safety, manufacturing and cost performance, while supervising the Afternoon Shift team to maximise productivity, efficiency and financial outcomes.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and embed a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all OH&S policies, audits and incident management processes.

  • Drive production performance by maximising output, efficiency and machine uptime across wire, mesh and despatch operations.
