Job Requirements
Education: Industrial and Systems Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related field.
Languages: Advanced English, capable of holding business conversations (Mandatory requirement).
Experience: 5 years or more in the automotive industry in metal stamping processes (progressive, manual, and mechanical presses ranging from 75 to 2300 tons) and welding assembly.
Job SkillsAPQP, PPAP, Quality Systems, blueprint reading, measuring instruments, metal–mechanical manufacturing processes, GD&T, Microsoft Office, SPC, materials technology, material standards, personnel management. Knowledge of PDCA and 8D problem‑solving methodologies.
Responsibilities- Ensures strict compliance with Safety regulations; acts as the Safety representative during the second shift in emergencies as the brigade leader.
