We are looking for a Production Superintendent for our Hannon location. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Superintendent leads and develops a high performance team of supervisors and unionized workers to optimize safety, product quality and line efficiencies for plant operations. Lead and supervise a team of supervisors and unionized workers to optimize safety, product quality and productivity in plant operations Assume responsibility for all plant operations in the absence of the Operations Manager Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with OHS standards; identify and control hazards; ensure workers use prescribed safety equipment Maintain and enforce quality standards including GMP and good housekeeping protocols; support operations in customer and third-party audits Develop plans to achieve annual KPI objectives for safety, product quality, efficiencies and cost; provide direction and support to continuous impro...
