Production Specialist - Device/tool Set-up (Aguascalientes)

Production Specialists support the manufacturing environment at an assembly test site. In assembly/test/probe environments, they operate various equipment to perform functions such as wafer scribe and break, die sort, die attach, lead bonding and seal, test, or mark and pack.

In this role, you will also check and inspect operations against predetermined tolerances as well as perform device changes and/or tool kit setup.

• High School diploma or equivalent with programs specializing in engineering field (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
• Ability to comprehend different training materials for certification of assembly test processing
• Ability to follow work directions
• XX years of experience
