PRODUCTION SCHEDULER - PERMANENT (Winnipeg)

Production Scheduler Reports To: Operations / Plant Leadership Team

Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities Production Planning & Scheduling

• Develop, maintain, and oversee daily production schedules to align with customer demand, inventory targets, material availability, and production capacity.
• Review production schedules, priorities, and system data to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Monitor production flow and schedule attainment to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate scheduling activities across production, inventory, warehouse, customer service, sales, and leadership teams.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and priority changes in a timely manner.
• Support production continuity by reviewing and coordinating packaging supplies, finished goods accessories, and sub-assembly requirements.
