Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Production Scheduler to manage and optimize daily production planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring on-time delivery, efficient use of resources, and alignment between production, supply chain, and operations.
Shift Details
- Evening Shift: Monday to Thursday, 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM (4-day work week)
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Shift alignment will be finalized during the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage daily and short‑term production schedules based on demand, capacity, and priorities.
- Lead daily production meetings and follow up on schedule adherence and constraints.
- Analyze capacity, cycle times, bottlenecks, and material availability to maintain achievable production plans.
