Responsible for the overall supply plan and demand forecasting startegies that satisfy customer and business expectations. - Develop and sustain demand forecast for the assigned product line, ensuring capture backlog information, historic sales stadistics analisys and incorporate market campains or business opportunities as NPD and COD´s
- Customer order confirmation according to published LT and customer request dates. Timelly alert and drive for resolution OTTR miss orders and track performace. Colaborate with the CRM team on customer orders, resolution, configuration, schedules, and feedback.
