Role Overview
The Planning & Scheduling function within Operations at Ultra is responsible for reviewing incoming order requirements, material availability, capacity planning and resource forecasting to ensure customer orders are delivered in line with customer requirements. The role interfaces between various departments, enabling the development of realistic plans and schedules to ensure achievable targets are set.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain the master production schedule using Microsoft Project and within the ERP.
- Highlight and identify critical paths and constraints to the schedule and proactively recommend changes.
- Work cross‑functionally with the Project Management team to ensure proper inputs to the schedule and provide updates to their specific programs.
