Production Reliability Lead - AWS Ops & NOC

CommIT is seeking a Tech Ops - Production Support & Reliability Lead in Bogotá, Colombia. You will provide front-line production support for our AWS multi‑account stack, monitoring systems and triaging alerts while executing runbooks.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in production support or SRE, hands-on experience with AWS services, and operational knowledge of PostgreSQL. Strong written English skills are also required for escalation procedures.
