**Your Job**
This role will be focused on Production and Shop Floor execution, development of the Quality Engineers, and customer responsiveness. This is done through daily management of KPIs, MOS initiative, Gemba and LPA, customer/supplier complaint management to timelines, and material tracking and disposition.

This position will be part of Guadalajara Sur Management team supporting and facilitating the operation and Quality and will have regular communication with US and China.

- Provide direction and leadership to the Quality department as a PBM Supervisor.
