Job ResponsibilitiesOversee workshop process technology, process management, and production workforce control.Organize the development of product process standards, compile product process documentation, formulate process improvement plans, and lead research on new processes.Maintain and manage standard workforce allocation for products.Provide guidance and coordination for process and engineering-related tasks.Analyze, improve, and resolve issues arising during production to maximize fulfillment of demand department requirements while ensuring high-quality, on-time completion of production tasks.Position RequirementsEducation/Major: College degree or higher; preference for Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.Experience/Skills: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience; Proficiency in specialized knowledge and skills, including advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Strong team management,communication, coordination,...
