Mission and key priorities of the role
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will join the Supply Chain team to support all stages of the planning process. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the entire supply chain runs smoothly — from the timely release of raw material orders, through efficient production operations, to the final delivery of products to customers.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Collaborating with Production, Supply Chain and Sales teams to review demand forecasts and plan production requirements.
- Analysing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Creating, maintaining and adjusting production schedules, considering lead times, production capacity and resource constraints.
- Releasing and managing production orders for both in-house manufacturing and outsourced suppliers.
