Production Planner / Scheduler (Toronto)

Job Description

The Production Scheduler I is responsible for supporting daily and weekly production schedules to ensure timely manufacturing of products while balancing capacity, material availability, and customer demand. This role works closely with Production, Materials, Procurement, and Customer Service to maintain schedule accuracy, adjust for changes, and support on time delivery goals.

This position is ideal for a candidate with foundational knowledge of manufacturing operations who is looking to develop scheduling, planning, and cross functional coordination skills.

Qualifications

1. Advanced Excel Proficiency
   • Demonstrated ability to use pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, conditional formatting, and data validation.
   • Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, and macros/VBA is a strong asset.
