Production Planner (Montemorelos)

SAP MF50 production planning and inventories control based in customer requirements and the internal goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the SAP system updated based on customer requirements and the correct SAP configurations.
• Review SAP customer requirements for IDOCs 862, 830 messages.
• Plan production using SAP MF50.
• Review production capacities versus customer demand.
• Control partial shipments based on customer requirements.
• Control outsourcing process and planning.
• Finish goods cycle counts.
• Generate sales reports based on 2 firm weeks and forecast.
• Participate in Gemba walk twice and follow up actions.
• Verify exportation invoices.
• Review critical part numbers with production and customer service.
• Prepare Days on Hand of finish goods report.
• Administer returnable containers inventory.
