In this role your responsibilities will be: - By analyzing work orders, you will flag potential issues and work with purchasing to secure missing materials.
You will expedite deliveries, ensuring orders stay on track and production runs efficiently.
- Regularly reviews dispatch lists, and tracks order progress through Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Packaging - Maintains close communication with the Master Planning Leader, seeking their work order listings are clean, preventing a work order from lasting more than four days without being released for production, and negotiating the rescheduling of the orders that exceed that period.
- You will analyze open orders and collaborate with teams to address potential stockouts.
Create detailed shortage lists, negotiate better delivery dates, and follow through to ensure on-time delivery.
