Shift Schedule : Compressed Work week: M-Th 12 hours; Fri 8 hours

Your Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Evaluating plant status at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure seamless transitions and identifying any unresolved technical issues.
- Production Optimization: Monitoring throughput against targets, identifying causes for any production drops, and adjusting operating parameters to maximize efficiency.
- Equipment Oversight: Taking direct accountability for the use, troubleshooting, and repair of roto-packing machines and other critical packaging equipment.
