Production Optimization Lead | KPI-Driven & Lean

Lenovo Monterrey manufacturing site seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure production plans are met, and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate with planning, quality, engineering, and maintenance to resolve bottlenecks and lead safety-focused teams.

Responsibilities include managing resources, monitoring KPIs, preparing production reports, supporting NPI and process changes, and fostering cross-shift communication to sustain operational flow.
