About the opportunity:
We are currently looking for experienced Process Operators/Intermediate and Qualified Bakers to join our Clayton site in Victoria. The Process Operator/Baker will be required ensure production targets are met, ensure all compliance procedures are followed and to ensure all health and safety processes are followed while carrying out a variety of tasks in the processing areas.
Shift pattern available:
You will work 7 x 12 hour shifts per fortnight (this is a set roster)
Shift times:
Shift one: 00:30am - 12:30pm (Saturdays finish at 10.30am and Sundays 10.00am)
Shift two: 3.30pm - 3.30am
There is also the opportunity for overtime!
You will be responsible for:
* Full compliance of company rules
* Operations of machinery and equipment as per safe operating procedures
* Effectively move between departments to assist
* Achieve OEE and Waste on target
* Active involvement in, and attendance at departmental meetings<...
