Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience as an Operator or in the Semiconductor industry (Mandatory).
- Education: Minimum SPM or SKM Level 1–3.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-volume production.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing PPE.
- Able to stand for extended hours.
- Basic computer knowledge for daily reporting.
- Able to understand basic English and mathematics.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Willing to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts and overtime when required.
