Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production staff to ensure daily targets are met.
• Assign tasks and monitor work performance to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food handling standards.
• Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and manpower to minimize waste and downtime.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
• Train and mentor production workers to improve skills and productivity.
• Prepare and submit reports on production output, issues, and recommendations.

Qualifications

• At least a Vocational, Technical, or Bachelor’s degree in any course.
• With previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations (experience in cold storage or food industry is an advantage).
