We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out production activities safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards to meet operational requirements and customer specifications.
This role will mainly focus on working with PVB (Polyvinyl Butyral) and operating the HPR (High Pressure Reactor), while also remaining flexible and adaptable to support other production areas, including milling, dispersions, and emulsions, as required. A strong commitment to health, safety, environmental standards, and product quality is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the PVB production process in accordance with approved procedures and specifications.
Set up, operate, and monitor the HPR to ensure safe and efficient production.
