Our Grantham based Client is looking to appoint a Production Operative on a full time, permanent basis. The Production Operative will be based within the Operations team and will be responsible for organising workflow and ensuring the hands on management of a busy workshop. The main areas of responsibility for the Production Operative will include the following:
* Assisting in the manufacture of a range of products from technical drawings and schematics.
* Working as part a small team.
* Hands on duties such as include welding, cutting, drilling, assembly work, cable crimping and some wiring.
* Operating and training other users in the use of production equipment.
* Operating lifting equipment.
* Collecting and delivering materials...
