Our Grantham based Client is looking to appoint a Production Supervisor on a full time, permanent basis. The Production Supervisor will be based within the Operations team and will be responsible for organising workflow and ensuring the hands on management of a busy workshop. The Role
The main areas of responsibility for the Production Supervisor will include the following:
- Leading the manufacture of a range of products from technical drawings and schematics.
- Leading a small team.
- Hands on duties such as include welding, cutting, drilling, assembly work, cable crimping and some wiring.
